Our objective was to understand whether prospective purchasers and users thought there was a need for a new wound care product that we are in the process of developing. We approached Wound Market Consulting because they have successfully undertaken a number of projects for us in the past and because of their extensive knowledge and experience in wound care

They met our objective by developing and undertaking a bespoke telephone survey for wound care specialists in the UK & Sweden. WMC had great competence in proposing the most effective survey method and designed the questionnaire to meet our objective. They have access to suitable survey respondents and it was also valuable to know that WMC could undertake research in numerous countries, which would enable us to roll-out the research elsewhere in the future with ease if required.

We worked together closely and from the outset they organised the required processes and communications in such a way as to ensure that the project ran smoothly. They were professional, responsive and communicative through-out.

The market survey findings equipped us with the opinions and attitudes of those who would ultimately be influencing purchasing decisions and this enabled us to make the strategic decisions required.
